The south building: Upper level - 5th-8th grades, Ground floor - High school, The Thomas and Frances Leach Gymnasium, The Heringer Auditorium, lunch room, high school commons area, library, computer lab, locker rooms and administration offices

New playgrounds were installed in 2009 for both elementary and preschool students.
