Board of Directors
Each of Shiloh Christian School's board members is involved in many ways at Shiloh. The board members are parents of current Shiloh students or past students and we are proud to have one of Shiloh's alumni recently join the board. Each one of our board members care about the mission of Shiloh and we are very pleased to introduce them to you here.
Ward Fredrickson
President
Ward Fredrickson is a parent at Shiloh. His daughter Andrea is a student at Shiloh. Ward and his wife Barb have been involved with Shiloh for over 20 years. Ward is a pathologist with Pathology Consultants, PC. Besides spending time with his family, Ward enjoys reading, physical fitness and horticulture.
Philippians 4:6-9 “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Joseph Heringer
Vice-President
Board Advisory Committee-Finance
Joseph Heringer attended Shiloh from kindergarten through 12th grade and now as an alumnus is involved with Shiloh as a board member. He received his BA from Concordia College in 1999 and in 2003 received his JD from the University of North Dakota. Joseph and his wife Heather have three children: Isaac (5), Eva (3) and Sophia (1). Joseph is a Trust Officer at American Trust Center. He enjoys spending time with his family. He also is a news and political junkie and likes golf, fishing and trading stocks.
2 Chronicles 7:14 – “If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.”
Brad Miller
Board Advisory Committee-Marketing
Brad Miller and his wife, Kathy have been involved with Shiloh for over 19 years. They have two sons, Josh, is employed at Miller Insulation, and Klint is in high school at Shiloh. They have two daughters who graduated from Shiloh, Kylie (2003) and Toni (2004). Brad and Kathy also have 3 grandchildren at Shiloh, John (3rd), Katie (1st), Jeanine (kindergarten), and Maddie (2yrs). Brad is president and CEO of Miller Insulation, Front Street Millwork & Lumber, Truss Systems Inc. and Wagon Wheel Lumber. Brad was named Bismarck-Mandan Small Business Person of the Year in 2007. In 2008 he was awarded Small Business Man of the Year for the state of North Dakota. Brad enjoys coaching basketball, which he has done at Shiloh for the past sixteen years. He also likes to hunt and fish in his spare time.

Carol Heringer
Board Advisory Committee-Academic Excellence
Carol and her husband, Everett, have four children that went to Shiloh from kindergarten through grade twelve; Dustin (1993), Joseph (1995), Shaunna (1997), and Seth (1999). Carol is a retired Homemaker, RN and Wedding Planner. In Carol’s spare time she enjoys reading, piano, gardening, and of course, her grandchildren!

Sally Storslee
Board Advisory Committee-Academic Excellence
Sally Storslee has been on the board for one year and has been involved with Shiloh for twenty-one years. Sally and her husband, Steve, have two children who attended Shiloh from kindergarten through high school graduation. Mark graduated in 2001 and Jenny in 2003. Stephanie, their third child, is currently at Shiloh. Sally works at Heartview Foundation as Quality Assessment Coordinator, does public relations projects and teaches art to patients. She enjoys golf, art, and a good book.

Bill Strutz
Board Advisory Committee-Academic Excellence
As one of the founders of Shiloh Christian School, Bill believes in Academic Excellence on a Christian Foundation. Because of that belief, Bill and his wife Marilyn have stayed involved with Shiloh over the past thirty years. Even before the existence of Shiloh, they were one of the couples that prayed faithfully for our growing school. Bill and Marilyn have three children that graduated from Shiloh: Heidi (1981), Colin (1987) and Nat Paul (1992). They have also been blessed with eight grandchildren. Bill is a trial lawyer specializing in defending medical malpractice cases. Besides spending time with his family and friends, Bill enjoys reading and book collecting.

Matt Stone
Board Advisory Committee-Finance
Matt and his wife Jane have a son, Elliott, who is a student here. Matt is a Radiologist with Consulting Radiologists, Ltd., Minneapolis, MN. Matt enjoys spending time with his family, boating, golfing and fishing and also enjoys hockey.
