Application Process

You can complete Shiloh's Application Process by submitting all of the following items:

1. Family application completed by parent or guardian
2. Non-refundable application fee of $50
3. Student report card(s) and/or transcript from all previous schools
4. Completed Pastor’s Recommendation form
5. Completed Friend Recommendation form (preferably from a Shiloh family)
6. Completed School Recommendation form (if applicable)
